Standing With Our Community, Beyond Temporary Change
Windrush Advocacy and Community Alliance (WACA) is a community-anchored organisation working alongside the Windrush Generation and the wider African Caribbean community. We are here to ensure that our voices are heard, our dignity respected and our rights upheld across key sectors of society such as health, employment, education, housing and the criminal justice system.
Our work is shaped by lived experience. We listen, we organise and we act. We work collaboratively to remove the barriers that continue to disadvantage our communities. Together, we turn lived experience into action and action into lasting transformation.

Trusted, Community-Led, Impact-Driven
At WACA, we believe that community voice is the most powerful tool for change. Our work is grounded in lived experience, guided by values, and focused on creating long-term impact. We don’t just react to injustice, we tackle the root causes and work to prevent it from happening again.
Turning Advocacy into Action
Through a combination of advocacy, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, WACA supports our communities and helps create meaningful, lasting change.
