WACA
Advocacy and Action that Makes a Difference
Through advocacy, programme delivery and collaboration, we empower communities to be heard, respected and treated fairly. By providing them with tools, opportunities and support, we turn lived experience into pathways to progress.
Who We Are

Standing With Our Community, Beyond Temporary Change

Windrush Advocacy and Community Alliance (WACA) is a community-anchored organisation working alongside the Windrush Generation and the wider African Caribbean community. We are here to ensure that our voices are heard, our dignity respected and our rights upheld across key sectors of society such as health, employment, education, housing and the criminal justice system.

Our work is shaped by lived experience. We listen, we organise and we act. We work collaboratively to remove the barriers that continue to disadvantage our communities. Together, we turn lived experience into action and action into lasting transformation.
